Use Natural Organic Skincare


1) Drink plenty of water

In order to have beautiful summer skin you need to keep your body really hydrated and you will hydrate your skin from the inside out. How much water should you drink? Experts suggest at least 8 glasses of water per day.

2) Eat an array of colorful fruits and vegetables

Fruits and vegetables contain a greater amount of water than animal proteins, cereals and other foodstuff. Fruits and veggies nourish your skin with important vitamins and minerals and they contain other properties that can detoxify, rebuild and tone your skin. Be sure to eat berries and grapes for the extra antioxidants that can help give your summer skin a healthy glow.

3) Body-brush, hydrate & nourish your skin with natural or organic products

Body brushing not only exfoliates dry surface skin cells, it encourages lymph and blood flow to the various layers of the skin. The skin can absorb ingredients from the products you use and is important to use natural or organic products to moisturize and nourish it.

4) Use a natural, organic skincare for the face and neck – a system of products to cleanse, tone, exfoliate, moisturize and nourish you skin. This will minimize lines and maintain a youthful healthy glow.

5) Use high SPF sunscreen (preferably natural product like zinc oxide).
